hairy story

there's this story that kind of embedded itself in my mind recently..



there was a young lady who woke up one day to find that she had only 3 strands of hair left on her head.. so she said to herself ' i'll tie a nice little plait today!' she did and she had the most wonderful day..

the next day she woke up to find that one of her hairs had dropped.. Now she had only 2 strands left.. so she said ' I'll part my hair down the middle today!' once again it turned out to be the most happiest day for the young woman..

on the next day she woke up to find that there was only one strand left on her head. Looking at it, she said ' its a great day to tie my hair into a ponytail!' well she did and had the most amazing day..

the day after, she woke to find that the single strand had also dropped.. she went to the mirror and looked at herself in it for a few moments.. then she went around shouting in glee 'I don't have to worry anout my hairstyles anymore!!!!'



its amazing how horrible things seem so nice when we just change the way we look at it.. if we think it is then it is.. we have the power to change anything in this world with just our minds.. if you ask me.. that's really the most amazing and beautiful thing we can do in this world... this universe...

went for classi shoot tdy with han yongni..
wanted to go for the brainless job of doing ammo but ended up doing scoring instead..
not dat bad but just that i din have much of a brain to go along with the job..


then it happened!!
we got abandonned!! hahahaha
shan't embarress myself by spilling everything.. hehe

sinful dinner followed by boring bus ride followed by watching tv followed by nice peaceful sleep on my nice cushy bed

its a truly wonderful day today!!



went for parade training only at 3... n had fun taking the cadets who seemed more warmed up this time round.. funny moments.. then i saw shakir! hahaha n elijah of course since he's in my contingent.. haha have yet to see shawn tho...! well well.. den went for aar n it was a pretty engaging session.. like i said it was a wonderful day today! n the uopa results have been released...

couldn't stop smiling... =D

some dreams have come true for many today...

just so glad to be part of a group of people who have been achieving higher things all the time!!

hahaha... was han yongni's guide for the day...
brought her along to serangoon road for the festival tdy..

jus did something that i have been wanting to for quite a long time..
but somehow i feel as if i have been forced to do it this time n i don't like it..
i would have appreciated it alot more if the slight forcing wasnt existent...


to me.. the beauty of doing things is when it is really done wholeheartedly and willingly rather than because of a inclination to do it due to the circumstances..

something like... on one hand there's a person who walks for 5 days without water because he was lost.. on the other hand, there's another person who carried a bag full of water n yet continued walking for 5 days straight because he wanted to prove to himself that he could do seemingly impossible things if he wanted to..

if u ask me.. i would find the accomplishment of the 2nd guy a greater feat.. then again.. it might just be me and my theories..
