okiee dokiee... I'm back...


n i'm here to say my two cents worth about what i consider as the intricate importance of the existence of circles... yes hui ping.. normal circles.. anything circle..


Everyone knows what a circle is... A line with no end and no start. That being said, no one thinks much more of circles.. it is after all a mere shape isn't it?


It may be one of those things that we have always taken for granted as being there as the norm but circles have defined the way we live life.. Or rather, changed the way we live. Just think.. if there were no such thing as circles.. there would be no wheels. well maybe there would be square ones.. But if its square or any other polygons taking the place of the circle, its bound to be a bumpy ride.. if that's the case, who in the right mind would go develop more complex automobiles? there would probably be no ferraris no rolls royce no jaguars.. n heck no F1 racing!! after all... who would want to go bumping around on a vehicle with a weird shaped wheel and end up with a sore butt! dat would mean there would be no aeroplanes either since it would be disastrous to try taking off a plane with square wheels.. ouch! imagine that..


Gears are developed from circles.. or so to speak, slightly mutated or modified circles. If that's the case, there would be not much of machines around since gears form the integral part of how a machine works in the first place. That would mean no escalators, no pulleys, no fans even.

Hamsters would probably get extinct.. WHY u ask? they need a wheel to run on.. if no wheel exists, they will all probably all soon die from obesity! unless of course, no one keeps them as pets.

wow! if there are no such thing as circles, there would be no spheres either!! n that would mean no soccer!! woahhhhh!! n no basketball no netball no volleyball... u get my point.. unless of coursethey all start using the football or shud i say rugby ball.. but that would just be weird since it cant roll around nicely enough for soccer.

Pizzas would be harder to take out of the box since they would be square pizzas in square boxes. No cakes would be round.. which is kinda weird since most cakes are traditionally round. It'll be so weird to see a square or rectangle pie too! haha that makes me wonder why pple bake things round anyway.. haha

0hhh if there were no circles... how do you have screw-on covers for those containers stuff... n water bottles...


so you see... circles are so easily forgotten.. n no one seems to realise how importance their existence truly is! they have changed the way we are living and are intricately binded with everything we seem to do in today's context..

Hahaha.. it started off with a random thought and has gone on to a rather lengthy post.. but it makes sense too i guess.. Kudos to circles!!

great friends, great time!

Just came back after a meetup with stel and bear.. had fun just chilling and chatting.. caught up with whatever happened.. time passes really fast! i realised only when we kept talking about future work and stuff.. reality struck! haha


just a great feeling to be with old friends... how many years have i known them... hmmm... wow. 9yrs.. cool.. den on 242, met ahmad.. haha from primary school! how cool is that.. hahah caught with him.. he's ending service soon.. 9th june.. den going on to ntu.. dats cool.. but den we realised dat those girls who took the jc path to uni had already graduated so he's already kinda quite behind.. whoopss.. den went online n started chatting with vathana.. from kindergarten.. rather amazing! sec sch frens, pri sch frens n kindergarten frens all in a day!

I love today!

wide awake at 7am

lets see.. so what happened from the last post till now?

finished all the stuff to do with schools.. it seemed like not too much.. but on hind sight.. i tink its really mad.. let me list it out..

DSE: 20% e-chart, 20% e-book & 60% exam

DSM: 3 tests and a geometry assignment for 30% & a final exam for 70%

DSS: final exam which i guessed all the way.. and weekly assignments

DCE: 25% lesson plan and 25% SBA for assignment 1, and 50% for assignment 2 with lesson plans, drawings, sample writings and puppets

DCM: a 10% presentation which i screwed up totally, a 20% test which was screwed up as well, 20% for classwork which was still fine and 50% for final lesson plan which took 11 pages

DCS: 30% practical which was just excellent thankfully and a 70% lesson plan with an entire file

DGSL: basically finishing up the actual activity at the senior citizen's home and writing reflections

DLK: 20% for analysis of letter writing, 20% for rhetorical approach of writing a thesis, 10% participation and a 50% test

wow.. it IS alot of stuff to cover in about 4 mths! esp with all the hols coming in as well.. but i guess it was a great term to say the least... ended up with the module coordinators for a number of classes but they turned out really great! couldn't ask for more.. well except maybe in that oneeee irritating module... but i just got to wait and see for that..

other den sch.. i cant exactly say i've done much else...

np.. 0h! team 2 did great! and team 1 got gold.. hehehe.. really heartwarming to see results being achieved again. they deserve every single bit of praise.. and its amusing working with ling ru and jiat li.. with the special words and all.. hahaha n my name is changed.. i shall forever be called HOT! not that i have a problem with that.. hahaha kinda fond of it now actually.. :)

NPAP 08 turned out an interesting experience as well... lets just hope next yr will be a great one.. esp since its the 50th anniversary!

met up with a few pple close to my heart.. after so long.. including sec sch buddies! bear's flying off to aussie soon.. bout 2 more mths left... but its only for a yr... in any case.. its a yr of not seeing her.. gonna be meeting her often to go get fit again.. pretty tempted to sign up for the kickboxing class but its a little pricey though.. got to consider first.. stel's starting attachment next week... dats really fast.... haven met up with her for soooooo long.. really miss sitting beside her and gossiping through the hrs and all the complaining and the letter writing even though we are just milimetres away.. hahaha.. love those lit lessons.. maybee, possible.. could be.. hahaha wonder how ferdi and miss low are now.. n sithu... 0h my this is turing out to be a post for reminising!

talking bout teachers and school.. got my posting.. dont know whether to be glad its not so near or to be sad that its not near.. hahah ah well things will all work out for the best! :)

went for dinner with the crez pple over the weekend to celebrate gui'mei's birthday.. saw someone else there too.. haha kinda amusing... n did i mention about patches? she is just sooo adorable!!

but i'm very very stagnant in those two right now.. i dont seem to be maintaining either.. haha soo i shall go attempt to dig out a few pics and try refreshing the look of the profiles.. notice its just the profiles and nth else.. hahah

its 7.46 am n i'm still not getting to sleep.. if this goes on i'll be doomed when it comes to going the attachment time! got to try and tire myself to sleep.. hmmm.. shud go donate blood.. the the date to donate just came. den i can jsut faint onto the bed and fall into a deep slumber... all because of that condition.. apparently called orthostatic hypotension. darn it...
